Helical Screwpiles have been in use for over 200 years and are constantly developing to meet the ever changing needs of today. Screwpile Ireland are committed to providing customers with the best systems and are proud to be apart of ongoing tests to ensure such advances.
Our most recent test was conducted in July 2011 as a technical feasibility study into the use of helical piles as ground anchors. The study was carried out by Gavin and Doherty Geosolutions. We carried out this test due to the number of slope failures throughout Ireland, and in particular along Irish infrastructure routes.
